|Job Description :||Banquet Server : Requires excellent English communication skills especially when answering customer questions about menu, restaurant history, food standards and interior. Banquet servers primarily work on weekends, so may be utilized in other departments such as parking attendants, dishwashers, pizza servers, or in the kitchcen as needed. He/she must possess the necessary coping mechanism to work under high pressure situations on a pleasant and professional level, dealing with difficult customers or overflowing workload that is required to be accomplished at an extremely fast pace. General cleaning and other duties may be assigned by supervisor when needed.
Line Cook : Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment. Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served. Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures. Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period. Portions food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications. Maintains a clean and sanitary work station including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment. Prepares items for broiling, grilling, frying, sautéing or other cooking methods by portioning, battering, breading, seasoning and/or marinating. Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes. Handles, stores and rotates all products properly. Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed. Closes the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist for kitchen stations. Assists others in closing the kitchen. Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement. Performs other related duties as assigned by the Executive Chef, Sous Chef or manager-on-duty.

|Housing Detail :||$30-35 per person, per week
Participants will live in a shared apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. Other amenities include: wireless internet, one TV with basic cable, sofa and chairs in living room. Washer and dryer are located in the building. Participants may share a room with one other participant for $30 per person, per week or participants may room alone for $35 per person, per week depending on availability.
