Barista : Barista duties include, but are not limited to:
– Making and serving hot and cold beverages
– Operating and maintaining espresso machines, grinders, brewing equipment, and other café tools
– Preparing and serving pastries and other cafe items
– Running a register and use of the point of sale system
– Restocking supplies and monitoring inventory
– Maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace, including counters, tables, equipment, and dishwashing areas
Kitchen Prep : Kitchen Prep duties include, but are not limited to:
– Chopping vegetables and other ingredients according to recipes
– Preparing dough for pastries, including measuring ingredients, mixing dough, and rolling or shaping
– Assisting with assembling and preparing pasties or other menu items as directed by kitchen supervisors
– Maintaining workstations by keeping prep areas clean, sanitized, and organized
– Assisting with dishwashing, sweeping, wiping surfaces, and general kitchen cleanliness.
– Serving prepared food as needed

**Participant will share a one bedroom, one bathroom camper with one other participant. Participants will have access to two additional bathhouses on the campground with showers, sinks, and toilets. A full kitchen, laundry facility, and wifi is available.
