Rent & security deposit are due at arrival. You cannot have overnight guests at any time. The housing is for active Daddy Mac’s staff only. No parties or loud music at anytime. If you are evicted for any reason, you will lose all of your security deposit and rent paid. If your employment is terminated, you will leave the housing permanently.
