Job Description

BOH – Fountain – Fries – Shakes – Grill – Dishwasher – Late – OJL : Are you studying performance arts or just love to dance? Participants will be required to
dance during their shift. You should be willing and able to work in various positions including
fry cook, line cook, dishwasher, and milkshake creator. Must have patience working with
diverse staff. Implement all food safety training. Must be able to learn recipes and work
under pressure. Kitchens will be hot, there will be sharp knives, hot grills, boiling water, and
oil. You will be required to clean frequently, including bathrooms. Must not have food
allergies or pre-existing conditions that will make it difficult to fulfill your work duties. Must
be able to work with pork. Expect to stand for long hours. Will be required to work on Friday,
Saturday and Sunday. Participants who accept this position must work through 09.06.21.

Job prerequisites :
1. Advanced English
2. Students must be outgoing and willing to dance .
3. Students must be willing to work with meat (pork), cook, clean and remove rubbish.)
4. Flexible and willing to be trained in all positions .
5. Students must be comfortable in an urban/city environment.
6. Students will be required to work on peak business days, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
7. Students must be comfortable in Co-Ed Housing.
8. Basic math skills; must be familiar with U.S. currency prior to arriving.
9 . Must be friendly and able to study the menu prior to arrival.
