Job Description

Lifeguard: Ensure the safety and cleanliness of assigned pool facility

**Must attend and pass training. Must be able to: swim 300 meters, dive to depth of 2.5-3 meters to retrieve a 4.5 kg object and return it to starting point, and tread water for 2 minutes without using arms.

NJ **FULL, VA, MD, DE (Washington D.C).

Rate

Lifeguard – New Jersey  $14.13 per hour + end of season bonus **FULL
Lifeguard – Virginia, Maryland & Delaware (Washington D.C.)  $13.25 per hour + end of season bonus

Hours

32-40 hours per week

Start Date

20 May – 30 Jun

End Date

4 Sep – 7 Sep

English level

Intermediate – Advanced

Housing

New Jersey – Rent is $150 per week, plus $25 per week for utilities. There is a $195 deposit due upon arrival.
Virginia, Maryland & Delaware – Rent is $135 per week, plus $25 per week for utilities. There is a $195 deposit due upon arrival.

Transportation to work

Students can walk, ride a bike, bus or train.
