Job Description

Dairy Clerk: Stocking and rotating dairy products, which will be spent in the cooler with colder temps. During the time spent in the department they will experience contact with customers of the store. The Dairy Clerk should greet customers and should be willing to offer excellent customer service including helping customers locate desired products.

Grocery Store General Employee: positions include Retail Clerk, Cashier, Deli, and Bakery. Position will be assigned to student upon arrival. Depending on the assigned position, participants will work with American currency, assist customers, stock shelves, display food items, prepare food, and rotate dairy products which will be spent in the cooler with colder temps. The deli position will not require working with the meat slicer.
