Job Description : 
BUSSER RESPONSIBILITIES
– Restocking beer and liquor at all bars
– Filling ice wells at the bars and server stations
– Putting trash cars out at the bars, server stations, kitchen, and diner floor.
– Being present and visible on the designated floor you are stationed
– Ensuring that tables are clear, cleaned, and sanitized between seating
– Assisting with the cleaning and processing of dirty dishes and silverware. (etc.)

FOOD RUNNER RSPONSIBILITIES
– Food runners have many responsibilities in the restaurant. The main and obvious one is to ensure orders arrive to tables complete and in a timely manner. This means being a last check for quality or completeness of orders. As a rule of thumb if you would not eat something based on quality do not sell it.
– All food should be carried out on trays and use tray stands. No trays should be set on tables
– When at a table always greet the customers and then proceed with handing out food.
– When handing out food be sure to place the dish in front of the customer. Do not pass or hand the dish to customers. (etc.)

2.13 per hour (plus tip out).
