Job Description

Prep Cook: Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cleaning fish, mixing rubs, preparing sauces, preparing dressings, etc. Other responsibilities include basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food, etc. Participants will prepare simple dishes such as appetizers, sides, entrees, etc. Other duties include maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
