Job Description

Ride Operator: Responsible for maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the park. You will provide exceptional guest service while delivering thrills and excitement. You will ensure excellent guest service by responding to and exceeding their requirements, expectations and needs.

Park Services: Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the park. The Park Services Team Member will also be enforcing all park policies and safety guidelines in accordance with The Funplex’s Policies and Procedures. You will provide exceptional guest service while delivering thrills and excitement. You will ensure excellent guest service by responding to and exceeding their requirements, expectations and needs.

Admission/Cash Control: Responsible for assisting with all cash transactions and customer service issues weather it will be as a ticket booth cashier or retail and Dippin Dots attendants. You will be required to make change and keep work area stocked with proper items to complete your daily task.
