Job Description

Housekeeping: Requires cleaning guest rooms and greeting and responding to guest queries. Housekeeping duties include but are not limited to cleaning guest bathrooms, making beds, removing guest linens, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning floors, showers, sinks, and toilets. Restocking bathroom amenities, taking out trash, cleaning of common areas, and general cleaning will be required as well. Housekeeping requires participants to use cleaning chemicals. This positions requires long periods of standing, bending, kneeling and walking.

Rotating Food Service/Maintenance: Duties include but are not limited to assisting the team with food prep for breakfast or dinner, maintaining kitchen work areas, washing dishes and utensils, sweeping and mopping floors, restocking, monitoring proper chemical levels in dishwasher, setting and cleaning tables, chairs and other areas of the dining area and bathroom. General cleaning and additional responsibilities may be assigned by supervisor as necessary. Maintenance duties include but are not limited to assisting with the maintenance of the landscaping. such as planting beds, trimming grass, pulling weeds and cleaning exterior of buildings and site.

Housekeeping   $13.00 per hour + tips
Rotating Food Service/Maintenance   $12.00 per hour + tips

32-40 hours per week

English level

Upper Intermediate – Advanced

Housing

$160 per person, per month or $40 per person per week for partial month stay.

Transportation to work

Students can walk or ride a bike.
