Job Description

Culinary/Parking/Attractions
Attractions: ensure ride safety & maintain cleanliness; assist guests; inspect harness & equipment; communicate rules; etc.

Foods: take orders, serve & prepare food; stock and organize kitchen; answer questions about the menu; operate cash register; clean; etc

Parking: operation of parking lots; ensure guests have a welcoming experience when parking; etc.

Exhibits & Ropes Course

Ropes Course: instruct, lead and supervise guests through the ropes course; provide explanations and perform instructional briefings; ensure safety regulations are followed; conduct ropes course training to ensure guest safety and enjoyment. Will also be cross-trained to provide guest service in Exhibits

Exhibits: welcome, greet and interact with guests in the assigned area; explain and operate exhibits in a safe manner; answer questions; provide information. Will also be cross-trained to provide guest service in other areas

Culinary & TimeSaver

Culinary: prepare food; answer questions about the menu; operate the cash register; count back change; clean; etc

TimeSaver: process sales of and redeem reservations for the TimeSaver product (provides expedited access to rides)

House & Grounds/Landscaping

House & Grounds: help guests one-on-one, sweep, keep restrooms clean, etc.

Landscaping: watering, weeding, mowing, trimming, etc.

Park Appearance: clean roadways and pedestrian walkways with high-pressure washing, etc.

Tickets; Games; Photo
Ticket Sales: Sell tickets and complete reservations on the ticketing system

Games: Ask guests to play again, handle cash/payments quickly and accurately

Photo: Engage with guests to take souvenir photos of them and encourage purchase

House & Grounds : Help guests one-on-one, sweep, keep restrooms clean, etc

Aquatics : Provide proactive guest supervision in/around water attraction

Front of House Set up and take down banquets. Work as a server assistant. Assist with the dining experience. Clean.

Housing

Rent is $135/week per person. The following is paid upon arrival (plus rent): $200 security deposit (refundable), $35 one-time laundry fee (for unlimited use of laundry facilities during the stay), $75 onetime administrative fee (non-refundable).
