Line Cook :
– Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment according to restaurants standardized recipes.
– Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
– Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
– Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
– Portions food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
– Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment.
– Prepares item for broiling, grilling, frying, sautéing or other cooking methods by portioning, battering, breading, seasoning and/or marinating.
– Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
– Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.
– Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
– Attends all necessary F&B training classes
– Other duties as assigned

Ride Operator:Ensure the safe and efficient loading and unloading of all guests who board the Chondola.
– Recognize and help those guests who require assistance with chairs and cabins.
– Anticipate problems while loading and unloading by always watching guests closely.
– Greet and engage every guest boarding the Chondola with a friendly, inviting, and informative attitude to provide a unique and memorable experience.
– Operate the lift pedestals after certification to slow or stop the lift if necessary.
– Ensure guests do not board the Chondola with food or drinks.
– Maintain a complete overall awareness in the Chondola operating areas to ensure the safety of guests and employees alike while ensuring efficiency is maintained.
– Assist in the daily set-up and shut-down procedures of the lift and operating areas.
– Ensure proper operation of lift.
– Monitoring of weather conditions and working with lift maintenance on weather protocols
– Assist lift maintenance department with any needs.
– Complete required daily logs and checklists
– Monitor the operation of the Chondola continuously and notify the Lift Maintenance team and on-duty management team if unusual conditions occur.
– Ensure proper set-up and efficiency of queueing area.
– Answer guests’ inquiries as to park activities and special events
– Assist in the recovery of lost or dropped items along lift line.
– Ensuring work areas and lift line are clean and aesthetically pleasing by ensuring no debris are in the area (paper cups, candy wrappers, torn wristbands, sticks, leaves, etc.).
– Other duties as assigned.

Retail Associate:– Learn and develop knowledge of all products that we have in inventory.
– Learn and use the Point of Sales computerized system for all transactions, inventory, ordering, reconciliation.
– Do stocking and replenishment of all products, inventory of all items.
– Check invoices against orders to verify that the correct items are received.
– Work in a professional manner and always make a professional presentation in both dress and mannerisms.
– Handles all sales transactions through the Point of Sales system and always works with guests in a polite and professional manner.
– Assist guests with purchases including recording transactions and packaging for guests.
– Attends staff and sales meetings to learn new sales techniques.
– Clocks in and out using Point of Sales system to record actual hours worked.
– Other duties as assigned.
