Job Description
Rotating Restaurant Support : Participant may rotate between the busser, dishwasher, prep cook and host positions within the restaurant depending on experience and skill. Participant must be willing to perform the required duties of all positions. Participant should also be aware that these positions are in a very busy high-volume restaurant and the work can be very fast paced.
Busser duties include but are not limited to: clearing tables, taking dirty dishes to the dishwasher and making sure the front of the house is neat and clean. Duties also include taking out the trash, sweeping the floor and keeping all tables cleared and clean. Cleaning restrooms may also be required as well as other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
As a dishwasher, duties include wash, dry and take care of dishes and provide kitchen assistance as needed. Participant will lift, carry and empty dish tubs. Will scrape, stack and rinse dishes, load dish trays and run through the dishwasher. Will return clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment to proper location in the kitchen. Will clean, and sanitize the dish machine at end of shift, sweep and clean floors. Must be able to work in a hot, wet work environment. General cleaning is required and other duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary.
As a prep cook, duties include following recipes for the preparation of ingredients using methods such as chopping, slicing, dicing, blending, mixing and basic cooking techniques. When possible, prep cook will assist other stations prepare food to order or work on prep or cleaning projects.
Duties also include cleaning various parts of the business, both in front and back of the facility.
Other duties for all positions may be assigned by supervisor. Use of cleaning chemicals is required and participants must be able to stand for the entire shift.
On the days when participants are scheduled to work, they are eligible for one free shift meal and are eligible for employee discount at other times

**Participant will live in either a one or two bedroom, one bathroom RV trailer. Trailer includes a full kitchen, television, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Laundry facilities are available.
