Job Description

Hotel Staff: You may be moved around to different positions depending on the needs of the business. Housekeeping, laundry, front desk, server, restaurant bussers & dishwashers, hospitality.

Housekeeping : clean rooms, including bathrooms, toilets, and showers, change linens, dust, vacuum, empty trash, etc. Laundry: assist in getting linens to the laundry room. Help fill and empty the washers and dryers and prepare linens for stocking carts and linen closets. Additional tasks as requested by management. Front Desk: Will greet guests, handle reservations on the computer and on the phone, and handle American currency and credit card transactions.

Servers : take orders, serve guests food and drinks, maintain excellent customer service throughout the meal (check drinks, clear plates), lift heavy trays and full containers of dirty dishes, carry to the kitchen, and stock waitress station.

Dishwasher : wash pots and pans by hand in very hot water and use a dishwashing machine for glasses and cutlery. Must keep the kitchen clean at all times.

Hospitality background preferred. Your employer will assess your skills and place you in a position that would best fit your skills. Must be dependable, hard-working, friendly, and a very trustworthy and honest individual. Positions require attention to detail, punctuality, and a great service attitude & team spirit. Flexible to help in other positions as requested. Additional tasks as requested by management. You will be working all weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), all holidays, and evening shifts. You may not work the same shifts as your friends. Nor will you have the same days off as your friends. No job, or hours at a job, can be 100% guaranteed. Regardless of what your work contract states, there is always a possibility that you will work more or fewer hours. Some days will be slower than others.
