Job Description

Crew Member : In this position, participants will work in a busy ice cream/fast food company doing a variety of duties from interacting with the customer as they place their food orders, preparation of burgers and other food items or drinks or ice cream products, to handling payment from the customer. If you have outstanding skills you may be added to the drive-thru window to assist customers in their cars with their orders. Daily set up, preparation, cleaning, and breaking down of machines. Cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, washing dishes, and entire store cleaning daily. Additional tasks may be assigned by the manager. Flexibility and teamwork are essential. Must be familiar with American currency and credit card transactions. Excellent customer service is top priority. We are here to ensure our customers receive the best service we can give.
