Job Description

Pool Server : The Pool Server’s main responsibility is providing high quality service to all Four Seasons guests in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Participant will work to ensure that the guest is provided an enjoyable dining experience. Duties include, but are not limited to: greeting guests, distributing menus, taking orders, answering questions about the menu, bringing guests food and beverages, exchanging American currency, and completing general side work assigned by manager. Participant may also serve as food runner or busser as necessary. General cleaning and other duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary.

Participant will work to satisfy all guest needs or requirements, provide them with accurate information in a courteous manner, and comply with Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards. This information will be provided to participant during training. Participant must be able to work harmoniously and professionally with all co-workers, supervisors, and outside contacts.

**Participant will share a hotel room in a neighboring hotel with another participant. The room has two beds, one bathroom, a couch, a mini refrigerator, and a coffee maker. There will not be access to a kitchen or communal cooking space, but participants can eat lunch and dinner in the employee café at no cost. Light breakfast items will be available as well. Other meal options will also be available within walking distance. Participants will also have full access to employee dining facilities at the hotel, which include both a microwave and refrigerator. A small washer and dryer are available for laundry.
