Front Desk Agent : The front Desk position duties include greeting guests, taking reservations, answering the phone, customer service.

Works closely with and facilitate information between Front Desk staff, housekeeping staff, Bell staff, and Food and Beverage staff to assure that guest needs, and information are communicated effectively, Serves as the central information center for all lodge operations. Accounts for monies collected and goods sold. Perform basic accounting and cash handling procedures

Barista This job contributes to our coffee shop success by ensuring our service and standards are met. We do this by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products. You will assist with making beverages, breakfast items, processing customer transactions at the point of sale, maintaining a clean environment and any other tasks as needed.

Busser/Host This is a great entry-level position to gain restaurant experience. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position where you will earn good tips if you work hard, have a positive attitude, and are a team player. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and repeatedly serve and clear tables throughout restaurant. You may also be support for the wait staff. It’s important to stay flexible and open-minded. There are times when your position may change from busser to host or food runner, depending on the needs of the establishment. As busser, you will be responsible for clearing guest tables and re-setting them keeping a pace with the flow and needs of the restaurant. Pre-bussing empty plates and glasses from tables, maintaining a clean environment within the restaurant. Additional tasks may be assigned by your manager. As host, responsibilities include greeting guests, monitoring the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and clean tables, estimating wait times for guests, managing the guest waiting list, and ensuring that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting. A positive and assertive disposition goes a long way. Responsible for answering the telephone; booking reservations; moving tables together to accommodate large parties. Host often communicates needs between managers, serving staff, bartenders, bussers and guests, while maintaining an overall understanding of who is occupying where and what has been preset. It can be a juggling act, so strong multi-tasking skills is a must. The host will also assist as a back server, food expediter and assist in cleaning duties whenever needed. Strong communication skills, strong work ethic, work well with others, foster teamwork, ability to multi-task, follow directions. Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand on your feet for the duration of your shift. This is a physically demanding position.

Room Attendant Duties will include, but not limited to: cleaning rooms and common areas, including bathrooms, toilets and showers, changing linens, laundry, dusting, vacuuming and emptying trash, etc. Very physically demanding. Be prepared to stand, bend, and push a 50lb/23kg cart all day. Requires attention to detail, punctuality, and a great service attitude & team spirit. Must be 18 years old, have previous work experience and can lift up to 50lbs/23kg.
