Job Description

Restaurant Attendant (Front of House): Ushering diners to their tables and providing them with menus. Accepting and informing the relevant staff about food and beverage requests. Mixing and pouring beverages, as needed. Transporting food orders from the kitchen to each pertinent table.

Server: Takes orders, answers questions about the menu and food, sells the restaurant’s food and drinks, takes payment, communicates orders with the kitchen staff, seats customers, and helps with customer service and cleaning.

Host/Hostess: Welcoming guests to the venue, Providing accurate wait times and monitoring waiting lists, Managing reservations, and other.
