Job Description

Room Attendant : This position must provide clean, sanitary, comfortable, orderly and satisfying guest rooms. Room Attendants will be expected to clean hotel rooms, bathrooms, make beds, and use cleaning products. The room attendant/housekeeper must be pleasant, friendly and able to address problems and special requests. This position reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor and/or Housekeeping Manager.

Hotel/Resort Worker : The Houseperson is responsible for removal of all dirty linens and garbage from hotel guest rooms, assisting guests with general questions. In addition, Houseperson assists housekeepers when needed – making beds, stocking closets, dust, and clean rooms. This position reports to the Housekeeping supervisor.

Lifeguard:The lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of facility patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies. This position reports to the lead guard, lifeguard supervisor, assistant water/theme park manager, maintenance director, aquatics director, general manager, and owners.

Amusement Park Worker: Responsible for the safety of people using theme park and fairground rides. They check that people are safely secured in the ride, and watch the ride at all times. They also make sure the ride is tidy and free from hazards. You don’t usually need to have specific experience to do this job.

Retail Associate : At Great Wolf, the Gift Shop Attendant provides customers with lasting memories by assisting in the sale of memorabilia. The Attendant guides customers while maintaining the cash register, ringing sales, processing returns, and closing out the register.

–Essential Duties & Responsibilities–
– Communicates with guests to assist in purchasing decisions
– Provides outstanding customer service and engage in suggestive selling
– Ensures the daily operation of the retail outlet adheres to operating procedure guidelines
– Assists in merchandising functions including display and store design, inventory receiving, stocking, and merchandise pricing
– Performs cash-handling functions, including point-of-sale (POS) system, registers, and daily reporting
– Ensures retail outlet adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service
– Assists in other retail outlets as needed.

Admissions and Tickets : Collect tickets or tokens from guests and provide necessary instructions for accessing rides or attractions. Enforce height, weight, and age restrictions for specific rides or attractions, and ensure compliance for the safety of all guests.
