Job Description

Cashier : Cashier
Participants will work with American currency will assist customers, General cleaning and other tasks may be assigned by supervisor as necessary.

Dairy Clerk : A Dairy Clerk performs an important role in the operation of the grocery store. They will perform many duties including stocking and rotating dairy products, which will happen in the cooler at colder temperatures. The Dairy Clerk should greet customers and be willing to offer excellent customer service, including helping customers locate desired products.

Meat Department Clerk : Meat Department Clerks will work in the deli maintaining the prepared foods and salads and helping customers. The deli position will not require working with the meat slicer. General cleaning and other tasks may be assigned by supervisor as necessary.

Cashier 14.00 per hour
Dairy Clerk $15 per hour.
Meat Department Clerk $15 per hour.

Housing

$70 per person, per week.

**Employer arranges housing. There are a few different locations with varying sleeping arrangements and furnishings. All properties have kitchen appliances, cooking facilities, and access to internet. Each house has a common area with couches/chairs as well as sitting area in the kitchen. Participants will each have their own bed, and bedrooms will be gender specific. Rent is collected as cash once a week. No smoking is allowed in the housing.

Transportation to work

Students can walk or ride a bike.
