Job Description

Shallow Water Lifeguard : Safeguard and regulate conduct of water park patrons. Enforce park policies, rules, and regulations. Rescue patrons and perform appropriate follow-up procedures, including the proper use of equipment in the performance of first aid. Respond quickly, intelligently, and decisively in accordance with established emergency and accident procedures. Must be alert and actively seek to prevent accidents and eliminate risk. Must administer CPR and first aid as appropriate per incident protocols. Provide written reports on all accidents/incidents. Maintain proper updated safety requirements. Attend in-service training as scheduled. Provide customer service to patrons, including handling customer conflict and complaints, as necessary. Perform work safely in accordance with departmental safety procedures. Operate equipment safely and report any unsafe work conditions or practices to water park leadership. Communicate with patrons professionally and courteously to answer questions, resolve conflicts, and enforce park policies and rules. Perform other duties as assigned.

$162.50 per week (Must Arrange Own) **$162.50 to $243.75
Deposit amount : $575 to $743.75 On Arrival
