Job Description

Server/Bartender : Servers – Includes taking orders, serving guests food and drinks (must be 21 years old to serve alcohol), maintaining excellent customer service throughout the meal (checking drinks, clearing plates), lifting heavy trays and full containers of dirty dishes, carrying to kitchen, stocking waitress station. You must have great customer service and language skills. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be quick on your feet. Must like people and have a great attitude – you will be working directly with the guests.

Bartender – Extensive knowledge of spirits, beer and wine required. Foodservice experience is necessary. The ability to handle a high volume, stay composed, control the flow and communicate is necessary. 2+ years of experience preferred

Cook : Cooks are responsible for providing a pleasurable dining experience for customers by preparing high quality food. This usually means managing all asepcts of food preparation and production in an environment that meets sanitation guidelines. Their duties can range from preparing ingredients to be cooked, to being responsible for grilling all foods.

Cooks must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). It is oftentimes preferred that cooks have a culinary certification or degree. The best cooks are good at teamwork, show attention to detail, and demonstrate strong communication skills.”

Housekeeper : Duties include, but are not limited to: Prepare & clean the houseboats, lodge rooms, and public areas for guests. Friendly and efficient service Good communication skills Promoting a professional work environment Maintaining a sanitary environment

Dock Attendant : As a Dock Attendant, you will be responsible for helping the guests load gear onto/off of their houseboat. You will also be selling bait, ice, gas for boats and firewood. You will also be helping cleaning inside and outside of boats when they are returned, including: removing trash, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces. You will be instructing guests how to
operate the houseboat and where they can park the boats.

Rate

Server/Bartender : $10.50 per hour + tip
Cook : $12.50 per hour
Housekeeper : $12.50 per hour
Dock Attendant : $12.50 per hour
